At Muntalia, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. Our handcrafted pieces are made with care, and we aim to provide a return and exchange process that is clear, fair, and transparent.

1. Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In their original condition
- With tags attached
- In original packaging where possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Size-Related Returns
We strongly advise customers to review our size guide before ordering.
Because sizing can vary, returns due to incorrect size selection are not eligible for refunds.
However, we do allow exchanges for a different size or style.
Custom Orders
Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-measure items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are non-refundable.
Where appropriate, we may issue store credit for future purchases.
Exchange Preference
Whenever possible, we encourage customers to choose an exchange rather than a return, ensuring you receive a product that better suits your needs.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
After 24 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled.
Please double-check all details before submitting your order.
3. Refund Process
Approval Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email whether your refund has been approved.
Refund Timing
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to finalize the transaction.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Store Credit
For items not eligible for a cash refund, we may provide store credit, which can be applied to any future purchase with Muntalia.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Sale or promotional items
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Muntalia.
