Welcome to Muntalia. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Muntalia. This website, including all information, content, tools, features, products, and services made available to you through it (the “Services”), is operated by Muntalia and powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Muntalia reserves the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. An order is not accepted until payment is processed and we send a confirmation.
Orders may not be cancelled after acceptance. If an order cannot be fulfilled or is declined, we will attempt to contact you via the information provided at checkout.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
You represent that items purchased are for personal use and not for resale or export.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price at checkout is the final price for your order unless an error is discovered.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes, shipping, duties, or additional charges.

Once an order is handed over to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.

Muntalia is powered by Shopify, but all products and transactions are solely between you and Muntalia. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases or any issues arising from them.
You expressly release Shopify from all claims related to your transactions with Muntalia.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
By using the Services, you acknowledge that your personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s privacy policies, as applicable.
Because our store is hosted on Shopify, your data may be transferred to and processed by Shopify and trusted partners as needed to provide the Services.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
If you submit any ideas, reviews, suggestions, or feedback (“Feedback”), you grant Muntalia a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such Feedback.
You represent that you have the rights needed to provide such Feedback and that it does not violate the rights of others.
